Trendy Ignorance

So I'm on twitter yesterday, talking to a few people and pushing the project out and then I start seeing these #ThingsThatBrokePeopleDo trendy topic comments pop up. Like really? And some of the comments that I read were pointing at the idea that every person that is "broke" is an idiot or a crack-head.

Each person on this Earth lives a life, some harder than others, some easier. A person shouldn't be judged on what's in there wallet.

You know what, I got one for you....

#ThingsThatBrokePeopleDo ...make better music than "rich people".
Whatever, we're all just people. Your dollar isn't no different than mine. Apparently my mind is.

Really? Seriously?

As hi-jacked from hiphopwired.com

Police arrested a man in Michigan after they say he told them he tried to buy crack cocaine with a credit card.
The unnamed man was taken into police custody after authorities say he stole a car and then reported it stolen.
He also made sure to mention to police that he was robbed at gunpoint while trying to buy crack.
He is currently in a local jail.

As this year starts to roll into it's 2nd month, I can't help the feeling of "you shouldn't really be surprised of people's movie-like actions". Makes you really think about the credit that you would normally give the average person you meet. Expect the unexpected...these days the question is what is considered the unexpected anymore.

U Don't Put People Into These Things!

A 36-year-old man is sitting in jail after committing a crime that can only be described as reprehensible!

Steve McClairin was charged with a myriad of criminal charges including two counts of endangering children, kidnapping, felonious assault, and domestic violence after local authorities were told that he forcefully placed his daughter into a clothes dryer.

McClairin's daughter, only seven years of age, suffers from a condition that has stunted her growth; she stands at a mere three feet tall.

“Why any individual would place any human being or any animal or anything in a dryer is unexplainable,” said first assistant to Cuyahoga County's Prosecutor Bill Mason, Mike O'Malley. “If you're capable of putting your child in a clothes dryer you're probably capable of a lot of horrible things.”

The Cleveland man remains behind bars while awaiting pre-trial, currently scheduled for January 12th, on $250,000 bond.

He faces up to 33 years in prison if found guilty on all charges.

Only @ Walmart...

Heather Ellis has reached a plea deal with the state of Missouri. As previously reported, Ellis, a young college student was facing up to 15 years in prison after an altercation at a local Walmart that started from cutting the line.

After the dust settled, Heather was arrested and charged with trespassing, disturbing the peace, and two felony counts of assaulting a police officer. These charges delayed her education and cost her potential employment opportunities. Black activist Boyce Watkins also held a march and protests to help bring light to this case.

When Heather refused to sign a plea deal (she insists upon her innocence), prosecutor Stephen Sokoloff chose to prosecute Heather for the original felony counts. If convicted, she could have faced up to 15 years in prison. When Heather protested her trial publicly, she was threatened by the Ku Klux Klan.

From reports we've received from this region of the country (Rush Limbaugh was born roughly 100 miles away), the treatment of African- Americans in the criminal justice system is abominable.

Under the new plea deal, Ellis will serve a year of unsupervised probation, attend an anger management course and serve four days in jail before the end of the year. If she remains out of trouble for a year, the charges will be sealed and the arrest will be abolished from her permanent record.

Speaking after the trial, the young sister still held her ground and seemed pleased with the settlement. She stated,

"I didn't break the line, she actually broke in front of us. We also found out that I was shoved first and that I didn't yell or curse. I was speaking in a loud tone as I do always. And i still think that it's important that my story got out and that people understood the truth and heard it. If I would have signed a plea bargain or anything before, I wouldn't have had the opportunity to let the world know now and let the jurors know what actually happened."

....and I work at a Walmart.
Dumb things do pop off at Walmart though. Two sisters were arrested last week for scrapping with each other at the checkout.....over what....I rather not even know on the real.

Locked Up 4 Scarying A Woman To Death...

...I didn't know that it was even possible....check this out...

As hi-jacked from hiphopwired.com...
A North Carolina man will never see the light of day again after being found guilty of scaring a 79-year old grandmother to death.

21-year old Larry Whitfield was found not guilty of murder Friday in the death of Mary Parnell last year. Jurors did find him guilty, however, of causing her death by kidnapping, and that carries an automatic life sentence.

According to prosecutors for the case, Whitfield was looking for a place to hide after a robbery and broke into Parnell's home causing her to have a heart attack. While he never touched the grandmother, he did cause the heart trauma and never called for help.

Damn shame. See why crime doesn't pay?!

....I think there was alittle something named karma involved with this one.
Yea....like to see him trying to pass that as going-hard in the prison. I can see it now...

Inmate: What you in for?
Whitfield: Scaring an old lady to death.
Inmate: Try that shit with me and see if it works.

Don't forget to take your "L" with you to prison, homeboi.

America's F#!k Up's Special Edition.

I know it won't happen but if they give her the death sentence for this shit, I wanna pull that shit. I call dibs.

A 14-year-old teen is resting easy in the strong arms of Child Protection Services after serving a four year stint as a prisoner in his own home.

37-year-old LaRhonda McCall has been charged with 20 counts of child abuse and neglect after her teenage son “escaped” from a closet that she locked him in for nearly 4½ years.

Police were alerted to the situation after the teen made his way to a National Guard facility in Oklahoma City and caught the attention of a security guard on duty.

“He was hungry. He was dirty. He had numerous scars on his body,” said Sergeant Gary Knightsaid, the first member of law enforcement to arrive on location.

Wearing only a pair of oversized shorts kept in place by a belt, the boy was severely malnourished, a fact slightly less shocking than the origin of his scars and bruises. Police say the teen told them that some scarring occurred from being choked, hit with an extension chord, and from being tied up. The more prevalent marks, located on his stomach and torso, are the result of repeatedly being doused in alcohol and set on fire.

McCall and an accomplice, 38-year-old Steve Vern Hamilton, are both being held on $400,000 bond. Six other children that were living at home were taken by the Department of Human Services.

They have not shown any signs of abuse.

SMH....Marbury Is A Idiot

....word my G....smh.

Now look, I'll stand up for weed any day. Its only bad if you let your high be your low.

Random Fact:85% of American food is more dangerous to human health than marijuana.

Anyway.....the NBA don't play that shit. I'm waiting for them to hit his ass with that drug test unless they just don't care what he does off-season. But if they wouldn't let Allen Iverson put out a rap album, I doubt they gonna let this cat go around blowing green like its legal.

I hate stupid people with money...always seem to do dumb shit just because.
